One of the three basic needs in the life of a human being is clothing. The others are food and shelter. People living in poverty and below poverty line not only suffer from hunger but equally and significantly from clothlessness. This can be mainly seen in rural areas where people are farmers, self-employed or without work. Poor people without clothes or good clothing crave to have clothes for them and their children. This is a dream for them because when they do not have sufficient meals at least two times a day, how can they provide for clothing on their bodies?

So these poor people forget to think about clothing for it is not so much possible for them to get one and rather concentrate more on the problem, hunger. But when one comes to help them in their dire need for clothing, the eyes of these people brighten up. One can see true and wholehearted broad smiles on the faces of these people. When once they thought it to be a dream impossible to come true, now they see God answering their un-prayed prayer. When God gives such a burden to generous and loving people toward their neighbors in need, dreams impossible to be true turn out to be real facts before the needy eyes.

This same burden God has given this ministry and us for the poor to be a light to them in their need. The Bible says, those who are in need are our neighbors. And God says to love our neighbors as our own self. Clothing the cloth less is one of the pivotal ministries at WSHP. Many people have been benefited by this ministry of clothing. And still thousands of eyes are waiting to have a smile on their face. Blankets, sarees, lungis, bed sheets have been distributed. We are praying for this dream of the poor to have at least one good cloth to come to pass to brighten up the lives of such people.

Dear brother and sister, would you consider to be the ones to directly brighten up the lives of people who do not have clothes such as you have or at least one of low cost. Today and now, do not hesitate to think about the being who is just like one of you in this world. Put the love that is in you for suffering people into action. Come forward and make an impact in the lives of these people. It does not take much or cost much to clothe these people. It only needs your willing heart to reach out to these people.
